28 is it? aren't we the grown ups... i can't even remember the year we met: 1997? 1998? Although it's been good and bad, I think we are great now.

If you were wondering (like I was) if Sigur Rós new album was more of the same, you couldn't be more wrong. Then again, it might actually be more of the same, but of something as essential as air, water, or blood.

The album is as breathtaking as the previous two. As it should be.

There is a video for Glósóli which is as beautiful and ethereal as all their previous videos - icelandic children and icelandic landscape is all one needs to do a great video.

week is over - summary

Summer is back to London. Monday was about 30 celsius, which is hotttt.
Monday was also bank holiday - cinema with the boys, went to see Primer at the ICA. Didn't get most of the dialogs. The movie was about time travelling and was very technical (physics and chemistry). It was low-budget movie so the sound wasn't the best and the guys spoke with a strong texan accent, so I could've done with subtitles.

The number 1 battle for next week's chart is again between Oasis and Blur. Well actually, the battle is between Oasis and Damon Albarn's Gorillaz. The new (absolutely brilliant) Gorillaz single Dare is knocking Oasis' (dull - what else expected?) "the importance of being idle". Hoorah!

Listening again to Interpol's Antics. What an album.
